Reporting Issues

The Food Bank of the Golden Crescent (FBGC) believes in conducting business with the utmost honesty and integrity. To ensure and maintain this standard, we partner with Ethics Point, a service which provides individuals at all levels in the organization and in the community with tools and information to review and resolve issues with the Food Bank's policies. Employees, agencies, and volunteers can confidentially and anonymously submit reports to Ethics Point for resolution. Please remember that all reports are received in good faith that the reporting party is acting in the best interest of the Food Bank's mission. We work hard to ensure that everyone involved with our organization holds themselves to the highest ethical standard. If you feel that you have an issue to report, please follow the steps below to submit a report.

We all benefit tremendously when employees exercise their power to prevent to prevent mistakes or wrongdoing by asking the right questions at the right times.

In accordance with our Whistle Blower Non-Harassment Policy, FBGC will investigate all instances of questionable or unethical behavior. In every instance where improper behavior is found to have occurred, the company will take appropriate action. We will not tolerate retaliation against individuals who raise genuine ethics concerns in good faith.

Our Reporting Process
Below is our reporting process to be used for problems or ethical issues. This process is backed up with the option to report the problem in confidence to our third party agency EthicsPoint.

Before using the EthicsPoint reporting service, please consider using FBGC’s open door policy by bringing your concern or concerns to the following individuals – first by following these steps:

  1. Talk to your immediate Supervisor or Manager. 

  2. Contact the President/CEO - Robin Cadle by email at robin@tfbgc.org.

  3. Contact EthicsPoint or dial (888) 203-2870

Monday-Friday:

8:00 am - 4:30 pm
(closed for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00)

Volunteer Opportunities

2nd and 4th Saturdays from 8:00 am to noon (individuals or groups). Groups can also schedule on weekday evenings or after 1:00 pm on Saturday. *Special Events may be held on weekends.
