Becoming a Vendor

The Victoria Farmers' Market is considered a certified farmers' market under the TDA guidelines and a program of the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent.

The Victoria Farmers' Market is proud to be a producer's market. Everything sold at our market is 100% homegrown, homemade or handmade by our vendors. 

 

Absolutely no resale of any type is permitted. ​​

​

  • We are first and foremost a food market and are always looking for more vendors who offer fresh produce.  

​

  • ​There is a $35 annual membership fee; plus a booth fee each time you set up*. 

​

  • Our most successful vendors attend every week or every other week. Vendors who do not attend regularly do not grow their business as quickly.​​

​

​

  • Follow the simple steps below to become a vendor.

Follow these 3 simple steps to start the process of joining the Victoria Farmers' Market as a vendor:

1) Read the 2026 Victoria Farmers' Market Rules & Regulations*

2) Fill out and submit 2026 Vendor Application

 3) Sign and submit 2026 Vendor Agreement & Acknowledgment Form

*Vendor booth fees have increased by $5 beginning January of 2026

a copy of all permits, certifications and/or cottage food labels

(Texas Food Handlers, retail food permit, TABC, TDA, FinFish, etc.) required by law.

REMEMBER- taxable items (plants, handmade crafts, ready-to-eat foods) require a sales tax permit from the State Comptroller: https://comptroller.texas.gov/taxes/permit/

2026 Vendor Agreement & Acknowledgment Form

This agreement must be completed, signed and submitted with the vendor application before vendor approval and/or participating as a vendor in the Victoria Farmers' Market for the 2026 season.

By signing below, I acknowledge that:

  1. I have received, read, and fully understand the Victoria Farmers' Market 2026 Rules & Regulations.

  2. I agree to comply with all policies, procedures, safety protocols, and requirements set forth by the Victoria Farmers Market, its staff, and governing board.

  3. I understand that participation in the market is a privilege—not a right—and that failure to follow the Rules & Regulations may result in disciplinary actions, including verbal or written warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the market.

  4. I understand that all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Rules & Regulations.

  5. I accept that I am responsible for ensuring my booth and products meet all legal, health, food safety, licensing, and insurance requirements applicable to my business or product category.

  6. I acknowledge that the Victoria Farmers Market reserves the right to modify policies during the 2026 season when necessary for safety, compliance, or operational reasons, and I agree to adhere to any updates provided.

  7. I understand that I am responsible for the actions and conduct of my employees, helpers, or representatives while participating in the market.

  8. I agree to operate in a professional, respectful, and community-focused manner, including following set-up and tear-down times, staying within assigned booth spaces, and adhering to all market safety instructions.

  9. I release and hold harmless the Victoria Farmers Market, the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent, market staff, volunteers, and associated entities from any liability, loss, or injury arising from participation in the market, except were prohibited by law.
