The Victoria Farmers' Market is considered a certified farmers' market under the TDA guidelines and a program of the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent.

The Victoria Farmers' Market is a true producer's market. All products must be grown, raised, baked, or handcrafted by the vendor selling them.

The following are NOT permitted:

Resale of any items

Clothing or boutique apparel

Sublimation cups, hats, or shirts

3D printed products

Agricultural producers receive priority consideration.

Cottage-food and non-ag vendors may be limited based on market needs and certification requirements.

How to Apply

Follow these steps to apply to the Victoria Farmers' Market:

3) Sign the Vendor Agreement & Acknowledgment Form

The program is for those who periodically need an outlet to sell their excess produce. May only sell produce or garden starter plants. May only attend 15 Saturday & 15 Wednesday Markets per calendar year. Standard booth fees apply with no annual membership fee.

(Texas Food Handlers, retail food permit, TABC, TDA, FinFish, etc.) required by law.

REMEMBER- taxable items (plants, handmade crafts, ready-to-eat foods) require a sales tax permit from the State Comptroller: https://comptroller.texas.gov/taxes/permit/

2026 Vendor Agreement & Acknowledgment Form

This agreement must be completed, signed and submitted with the vendor application before vendor approval and/or participating as a vendor in the Victoria Farmers' Market for the 2026 season.

I agree to comply with all policies, procedures, safety protocols, and requirements set forth by the Victoria Farmers Market, its staff, and governing board.
I understand that participation in the market is a privilege—not a right—and that failure to follow the Rules & Regulations may result in disciplinary actions, including verbal or written warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the market.
I understand that all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Rules & Regulations.
I accept that I am responsible for ensuring my booth and products meet all legal, health, food safety, licensing, and insurance requirements applicable to my business or product category.
I acknowledge that the Victoria Farmers Market reserves the right to modify policies during the 2026 season when necessary for safety, compliance, or operational reasons, and I agree to adhere to any updates provided.
I understand that I am responsible for the actions and conduct of my employees, helpers, or representatives while participating in the market.
I agree to operate in a professional, respectful, and community-focused manner, including following set-up and tear-down times, staying within assigned booth spaces, and adhering to all market safety instructions.
I release and hold harmless the Victoria Farmers Market, the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent, market staff, volunteers, and associated entities from any liability, loss, or injury arising from participation in the market, except were prohibited by law.
