The Victoria Farmers Market is a true producer's market. All products must be grown, raised, baked, or handcrafted by the vendor selling them.
The following are NOT permitted:
Resale items of any kind

Clothing or boutique apparel
​
3D printed products
​
Sublimation cups, hats, or shirts
If you did not make it or grow it it cannot be sold at this market.
VENDOR LIMITS & CATEGORY BALANCE
Agricultural producers will always receive priority consideration.
To maintain our status as a Texas Department of Agriculture Certified Farmers Market, we must preserve a strong agriculture focus and vendor balance.
The number of cottage food bakers may be limited

The number of prepared-food vendors may be limited
​
Non-agricultural vendors are capped
​
Craft vendors are accepted only for special events.
All special-event vendors must still meet the standards outlined in our Rules & Regulations.
